I LOVE the pics! Especially the one about keeping up your spirits. That really is so important. Winter, Summer, Fall or spring....You need to keep up those spirits my friend.ReplyDelete
I'm trying, I'm DOING the work my friend.Delete
Very pretty but SO COLD!ReplyDelete
Yes, yes it is! We've had mild winters the last couple of years so we were so NOT prepared for this "Polar Vortex" of immortal 50-below (F) w/wind-chills. I've stayed inside more this winter than any other, and let me tell you this:Delete
Cabin Fever is for REAL!!!! Ever see the movie The Shining? I'm a couple weeks away from that kind of cookoo.
I love that you got out the pool. We had a sunny day in the 40's recently too (I live in Maine) and I seriously wanted to sunbathe. Bring on the Coronas in lawn chairs! Hang in there - winter can't last forever, right?ReplyDelete
They LOVED the pool! Scooping snow INTO it and OUT of it, and just chillin in there.Delete
hahaha Coronas would be awesome. I was born in Chicago, so usually it doesn't bother me until March, or years past when it would snow in April and even winter-lovers are OVER it.
Looks like you all had some serious winter weather over there. At least it looks like your kids enjoyed it.ReplyDelete
LOVE the picture of you with the mini booze bottles!
Kids don't care, as ling as they're having fun.Delete
I like the mini bottles, they make me feel like a giant!
Awesome photos!!!! Beautiful skies.....winter can be so pretty. Love the reading tent. Genius.ReplyDelete
They stayed in that tent for a pretty long time. I saw something with the side CUT out but a boy I babysit takes his nap in there :)Delete
Love these pictures but the spirits picture REALLY cracked me up! :)-AshleyReplyDelete
Me too! I bought them for Christmas presents to go with the funny flasks I found at Target and before I wrapped them, they were all lined up like a meeting of my best, tiniest little friends. Couldn't pass up a booze selfie.Delete
I quite liked the fourth photography and the one of the sunset with the blue and pink hues. I love sunrises and sunsets so much. :)ReplyDelete
And booze selfies are always welcome!
Some days the sunrise/sunset just really take your breath away. My Facebook newsfeed was FULL of pictures of the sky that day. And people's yards covered in snow.Delete
You ALWAYS make me laugh. (I can't wait to dig through your archives and bust a gut over the MWSpring post. I always pee myself over that one. Sorry for the TMI)ReplyDelete
Anyway Mother Nature's weapon pic is AMAZING, I was cracking up over the unicorn remark and you made me very sad that I just gave away our old pack n' play. You need to pin that one on Pinterest so nobody else misses out on that "recycling" gem!
hahaha there's barely even a thing such as "TMI" around here. THANK YOU for saying that, especially today, which I totally needed to hear. I'm having the HARDEST time getting anything posted, and I feel so much like shrugging and figuring no one would notice or care if I didn't post again until summer. I need to snap out of it.ReplyDelete
The Pack & Play idea was a copy of something I saw in my FB newsfeed, they had CUT the mesh out of one side and made a circusey tent on the top, but I still need to actually USE the Pack & Play for the boy I watch (and his baby sister coming this summer) so I just turned it on it's side. They really loved it. They like to climb in the top, too, but they're so heavy I don't want them to break it!
Thanks for visiting, and so much for commenting! I really needed it today!
